ERP & Enterprise Integrations

Your Systems, Finally
Working Together.

Disconnected systems create double entry, errors, and operational drag. Lanovix designs and builds enterprise integrations that connect your ERP, CRM, accounting, and third-party platforms into a unified, reliable data ecosystem.

Why enterprise integration matters.

Most growing businesses reach a point where their systems stop talking to each other. Orders entered in one system need to be re-entered in another. Inventory does not match across platforms. Reporting requires manual exports and spreadsheet gymnastics. These are not software problems. They are integration problems.

A well-designed integration layer eliminates the manual work, reduces errors, and gives every system in your business access to accurate, real-time data. Done right, it is invisible. Your team just works faster and with more confidence in the numbers.

Clean integrations built for the long term, not the next sprint.

Most integration problems are not caused by bad technology. They are caused by point-to-point connections built quickly that become brittle over time, break when either system updates, and are impossible to maintain without the original developer.

Lanovix builds integration architecture designed for reuse, scalability, and long-term maintainability. New systems can be added without rebuilding what already works.

Integration services across the enterprise stack.

Every engagement is led by a principal engineer matched to your industry and technology environment. The person who understands your business is the person doing the work.

ERP Implementation & Integration

End-to-end ERP implementation and integration across Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, SAP, SYSPRO, NetSuite, and QuickBooks. Configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with your surrounding systems.

API Development & Integration

Custom REST and GraphQL APIs that connect your internal systems with third-party platforms, vendor systems, and external data sources. Built with idempotency, retry logic, and versioning from the start.

Event-Driven Integration

Message-based integration using RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka for high-reliability, decoupled system communication. Systems that need to stay in sync without tight coupling or fragile direct connections.

EDI & Data Exchange

Electronic Data Interchange implementation for procurement, shipping, healthcare transactions, and trading partner connectivity. ANSI X12 and EDIFACT transaction sets with automated workflow processing and error handling.

Data Migration & Transformation

Structured migration of data between systems, platforms, and databases. Data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation with full audit trails and rollback capability so migrations do not become emergencies.

Reporting & Data Warehouse Integration

Connecting operational systems to reporting platforms, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools. Unified data pipelines that give your leadership team accurate, real-time visibility across the business.

Deep experience across the major ERP and CRM platforms.

We have delivered production integrations and implementations across all of the following. When a new platform comes up, we assess it honestly rather than pretending we know it already.

Microsoft Dynamics

Full implementation, customization, and integration experience across Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Great Plains

Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP integrations, eConnect API development, and GP customization for manufacturing and distribution.

NetSuite

NetSuite integration via SuiteScript, REST API, and SuiteFlow. Order-to-cash automation, inventory sync, and custom module development.

SAP

SAP integration and data exchange for enterprise environments. BAPI, RFC, and IDoc-based connectivity with custom middleware layers.

SYSPRO

SYSPRO ERP integration and customization for manufacturing and distribution. Business Object integration and custom quoting and fulfillment workflows.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks Online and Desktop integration for SMB clients. Connecting accounting workflows with custom line-of-business applications.

Salesforce

Salesforce CRM integration with ERP and operational systems. Lead-to-order automation, bidirectional data sync, and custom Apex development.

Custom & Legacy

Integration with legacy systems, proprietary platforms, and custom databases. If there is a data source, there is a way to connect it reliably.

Integration built to last, not just to ship.

01

Map before you build

We document every data flow, every transformation, and every edge case before writing integration code. Surprises in integration are expensive. Discovery is cheap.

02

Design for reuse

Every integration component we build is designed to be reused rather than rebuilt. Adding a new system to an existing integration layer should not require starting over.

03

Build for failure

Every integration will fail at some point. We build retry logic, dead letter queues, alerting, and audit logs into every integration so that when failures happen, they are visible and recoverable.

04

Document everything

Integration documentation is written as we build. Data dictionaries, flow diagrams, error handling guides, and runbooks. Your team can support and extend the integration without us in the room.

What good integration architecture prevents

  • Brittle point-to-point connections that break when either system updates
  • Silent failures where data stops flowing with no alert or audit trail
  • Duplicate records caused by systems writing to each other without idempotency controls
  • Manual re-entry of data that should flow automatically between systems
  • Integration code that only the original developer can understand or modify
  • Data migrations that cannot be rolled back when something goes wrong

Integration is not a side skill for us. It is core to what we do.

1

We have delivered across all major ERP platforms

Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, SAP, SYSPRO, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Salesforce. Production integrations, not sandbox experiments.

2

We know the industries these systems run in

Manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, oil and gas, financial services. We understand the business context behind the data flows, not just the technical plumbing.

3

We build configuration-driven integration layers

Our integration architecture is designed so that adding new sources or targets requires configuration, not code changes. Your integration grows with your business without requiring a rebuild every time.

4

Compliance is built in where it is required

Healthcare and financial services integrations require HIPAA and PCI DSS controls at the data exchange layer. We build those in from the start, not as an afterthought.

Situations where clients come to us for integration work

  • Their team is manually re-entering data between two systems every day
  • A previous integration was built as a one-off and breaks every time either system updates
  • They are migrating to a new ERP and need their surrounding systems to follow
  • They need to onboard trading partners via EDI but have no infrastructure for it
  • Their reporting requires manual exports from multiple systems combined in a spreadsheet
  • They acquired a business and need to integrate its systems with their own
  • They are launching a new product that needs to connect to an existing platform
